I see no objection to the Ordinance which this amends.

The provisions as to undue preference insisted on and mounted in the former tramway Ordinance of 1884 (12822/84) were made public as regards wharves, warehouses, & vessels only. I observe however that the present Ordinance gives power to make rules regulating the use and maintenance of the form.
Former Ordinance (Jug 130 1884 2014) should be given careful attention.
